Onboarding and Post Production Support
Gigadat Portal Access
As part of the onboarding process, Gigadat will supply each client with credentials to access the Gigadat Portal https://interac.express-connect.com. It is Gigadat’s standard procedure to create individual campaigns for all production URLs identified in the completed Appendix 1 in addition to a testing campaign, after which it is the responsibility of the merchant to create any new campaigns as required.

As a further testing measure, and to provide you additional support, please create two logins to each site being tested for approval on Gigadat solutions. These will allow our team greater ability to assist you beyond testing and approval, should the need arise.
Note
These login credentials will be requested for any testing in addition to the approval process itself. They should be configured to see Interac® Options and have all KYC previously cleared as Gigadat will not supply this information.
